I called a lot of law offices before I chose Mr Sung. The reason for that was because 1) I was NOT able to speak to any laywer (just paralegals or some assistants) to discuss my case. They all wanted me to pay first before discussing my case, except Mr Sung. He answered all my questions and concern, ...and then told me he would accept my case if I decided to move forward. 2) He was very patient! I guess I am one of those people that just want to make sure that everything is OK, so I called him almost every couple weeks to see how the case went, and guess what? He actually gave me his direct extension so that I could reach him directly, instead of going through other assistants or paralegals.
