I have condensed my long review detailing how he mishandled my case out of profession courtesy. Long-story short, I 2016 I engaged him to prepare my H1B petition and the entire application was torpedoed from the get-go. There was an extreme display of a lack of professionalism throughout the applicat...ion and post-application, which was only remedied when I reached out to the Managing Partner directly. If you must engage Jack's services, I advise you to TRIPLE CHECK EVERY FORM he prepares for you and be prepared to follow-up yourself at every point (i.e. don't just assume things are peachy). It appears he has had some success in the years past with some positive reviews, but I encourage you to hold his hand throughout your application in order to mitigate any risk of issues.

I'm hired him because he seen to nice and sincere attorney . He always answer call explain to what's Gonna happen to my case what ever ... BUT when I told him to checked my apply cation form my self ,he wrote some body else's name , wrong informations .. I complained to him . But all he said is "d...on't worry I'll get you green card " ..... Ahahaha He is a joke !!! Ok just be aware of him!! If you hire him be ready to lose your money for nothing or gets worst !!!!!!!! It includes a poor work ethic. I hired and paid him $2500 U.S. dollars in July 2015 with assurances that he would handle our case professionally. That's just a lot of bunk. There was a problem with our case in July 2015 and in December 2015 I had to call USCIS myself to find out the answer( talk a...bout a lazy law firm). We had to reapply again and when the time came to rehearse the scheduled Consulate interview, he told us he a dinner party at his home to give. I was livid. He did do the mock interview, but it was amateur hour. Such a selfish man. We finally had our successful interview (we contacted another lawyer). I think a used car salesman has more ethics and character. And, no, he did not help us succeed--at all. I would never hire his again.

Although my case didn't get closed due to an early (unexpected) divorce, Jack nonetheless was as helpful, informative, and prompt as he could handle on his end. Now that I am applying for Deferred Action for illegal Aliens that were minors when entering the country, there is no immigration attorney ...I can trust with my situation other than Jack! I highly recommend him just for the fact that he takes his cases seriously! I almost feel like he is a family member that is taking care of my immigration processes. I trust him wholeheartedly and I believe that you will too. There are many immigration attorneys in LA but Jack is one of the few trustworthy, caring types, and I do mean FEW.

I got my greencard in 4 months! Jack Sung is the guy!!! He is absolutely fabulous! He listens to his clients very well, he patiently answers all clients' inquiries. Very affortable price!!!! You have to at least call him before you make a decision to hire an attorney for your case!!!! Highly highly ...recommended!!!!
