Ed took my case on contingency basis because I was rear-ended, and had we won - gotten a wet reckless - we would have collected handsomely. He advised me "not to take" a wet reckless offer after a 10 day trial ended in a mistrial. (UNBELIEVABLE!) In the next trial I was convicted of DUI.
I needed a wet reckless outcome in order to sue the driver who hit me for "pain and suffering" the bigger amount in the claim, and Ed would've received 33% (or more). Why was I advised not to take the offer we were trying to get?
The second trial he was always busy texting, talking w/ acquaintances, and seemed uninterested. He did an awful job and was interested in hurrying the trial along to appease the judge. He is more concerned about his reputation and money than actually helping his clients.
He ruined my life, prolonged my DMV suspension, did not apologize, and left my files to "come pick up". Today I am still struggling with the P.I. company of the driver who hit me just to recover lost wages and medical expenses.
Self serving is an understatement. Your client should ALWAYS come first. He gave me AWFUL advice and I am paying dearly!
Should not be trusted!!! His reputation is more important to him than his clients outcome.

I got caught with four guns in a complete swat raid and Edward Blum got me only 3 months in jail. I prefer him to anyone that is having a hard time. Best lawyer once again. God bless you. He represented my uncle and my father. You won't regret hiring him.
