Got more help than I expected!

As soon as I stepped into Moaddel's law firm, him and his team made me feel safe and like the case was going to have absolute success right from the consultation! Him and his team were absolutely very knowledgable and had no doubts when they were explaining the process to me, as well as make sure I d...id not feel uncomfortable or leave with any doubts. I ended up finding out that my rights were violated when I was pulled over, as well as other small nit-picky details that I would have not known of if it weren't for their help. Thank you Mr. Moaddel.

Great firm that I've ever had

I am very appreciative towards Mr. Daniel Moaddel. He helped me with my criminal investigation and left me very satisfied with their completed work. Great!

I am forever indebted to Daniel Moaddel and the entire Moaddel Law Firm. I was charged with a multiple count felony drug sales and transportation case when the police pulled me and a friend over with almost 25 pounds of drugs. Before hiring Daniel I had the public defender and my co-defendant had a p...rivate attorney who were both pushing us to plead guilty and get prison with felony counts. After watching Daniel in a trial next door I asked for his card and he was so helpful even without being retained. I hired Daniel, him and his team were like bats out of hell. They got their investigator access to all the evidence and went over everything. They knew so much about drug cases. The Daniel and his firm would not back down! After almost 7 months my case was entirely dismissed!!! As for my co-defendant, he has a warrant for his arrest and is still on the run. DAN IS THE MAN!!!

2 DUI in less than 1 and Driving with a suspended License

I got pulled over driving under the influence of alcohol and I was having trouble finding someone that could help me with my case I really didn't have money saved up so my friend recommended to Daniel Moaddel I called and they help right away I had sit down meeting next day I explained my money situa...tion he was very resonable with the price and payment plan he took care of my DUI got dropped to a wet wreckless I was very satisfied I got minimum amount of DUI program (3 months) and 3 yrs probation unfortunately I got pulled over again for 2nd DUI in 1 Yr I was very scared I thought I was going to jail and I was still paying my lawyer payments from the 1st DUI so I talked to Mr. Moadde he took care of me again he just added it to my bill he worked his magic I don't know how he convinced the DA to jus charge me driving on a suspended License and I was able to finish the same probation I also had to take another DUI program I'm jus happy I didn't go to jail
