My experience.

I feel nervous talking about this but I really hope it helps you make your decision with Moaddel. They really helped out so here goes: I was invited out to a friend’s party a while back and like all parties there were a lot of drinks. I thought why not have a little fun and I drank. I didn’t drink a ...lot only had a couple of beers and by the end of the night I was good. I decided to drive back home because I was straight. On the way home I was involved in an accident. The cars got wrecked but I was fine and so was the other driver. I was arrested and charged with a felony. Luckily I called Moaddel and they took over immediately. They were able to help me out. It wasn’t easy but they were able to drop my felony down to a misdemeanor and no jail time. Seriously, I didn’t realize how intense they were about helping people out. They even tested my blood at an independent lab to make sure that the police didn’t lie about the results. It took only 3 months, it was insane!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go to them if you ever need it or even if you don’t SAVE THEM IN YOUR CONTACTS in case you ever find yourself in a situation like this. They are very good at what they do and you will be extremely grateful that you did. They were very kind and were genuinely interested in helping me out. I felt like they cared about helping me more than just finding ways of making money. Literally everyone there was there to help, everyone from Daniel (seriously such a genuinely good person), to the receptionist, and everyone else was amazing. I felt nervous before I stepped in but after that I almost felt the same comfort I feel at home which is weird to say. It’s nice modern office and I noticed this because they use macs, apple TV and iPads throughout the consult! all offices I’ve ever been to look old and dull, these guys are what you call a MODERN law firm! They are truly the best. I hope this helps, I know it’s a bit of a long review but they really do deserve the recognition and I know they’ll be able to help you!

Amazing

I rarely write any reviews but I feel this firm deserves one! Moaddel law Firm is my SAVIOR!!! It all started one night when I was arguing with my wife. We were arguing over some random phone call I received, things escalated and we started to scream at each other over things from our past. when out... of no where I hear a knock on our door and some one saying “LAPD” I open the door and to my surprise I see two police officers in my door. I’m positive my neighbors called them (We live in an apartment complex) the officers saw my wife crying and noticed her face was red. They immediately arrested me!! She was red because she’s light skinned and she gets red when ever she gets angry!! Did they even bother asking her? NO they didn’t !! she immediately told them to let me go but they took me anyways. My wife immediately looked for an attorney and she came across them through a quick google search. She said the thing that caught her attention was the moment she walked into the office she was greeted by a really friendly staff who immediately offered to help. She hired them at a very affordable price compared to other firms in the area. They were able to get me out of jail without my family paying that very high bail they placed. After I met with them I explained everything that happened and after a couple of months my case was DISMISSED !!!! they were very aggressive in court and always communicated with me! My wife and I were extremely happy with their service. Thank you for helping me out, I can now go on with my life. My wife and I recommend this firm!!

Great Service

You need an attorney!! It all started one night when I was out with all my GFs, we were celebrating my best friend’s birthday party when a drunk girl came up to us arguing saying my friend was looking at her man. We were confused by her statement, no one was looking at her bf and she was over here a...rguing and getting very aggressive. I stood up because she was in front of me and I asked her to please move because she was dropping her whole drink on me. She got angry, threw her drink in my face and slapped me!! her glass broke on the floor and I was completely wet and angry. Her bf came running and pulled her away from all of us. while her bf pulled her away she slipped and stabbed her self with a big piece of broken glass. I was screaming at her mad until I saw blood everywhere, I immediately helped pick her up and waited with her outside until the ambulance arrived. I was very nice even after this and to my surprise when the cops arrived her and her BF said I had stabbed her !!! what the hell!! I was immediately arrested and charged with attempted murder. I hired Moaddel Law Firm and they were able to help me! They investigated my case and found out that there was a lot of evidence to show that the victim was actually the aggressor! they were able to have my case DROPPED !!! and now my life is back to normal. I felt my life was over but thanks to them I now feel like my self again. Their staff is very kind and always attentive. they always called me and kept me up to date with my case. Thank you Daniel Moaddel for helping me! you truly are here to help! I highly recommend him and his firm!

Best Attorney

THANK YOU MOADDEL!!! Me and my family were referred to them by a friend who has used their services before and I am so glad she told me about them. I was with my girlfriend at the time and we were just talking and started arguing over something very childish and im not gonna lie, things got pretty he...ated. We were shouting at one another when my girlfriend called the cops, they showed up and took me in saying that she was hurt even though we were only arguing. They took me to jail and my parents couldn’t come up with enough money to pay the bail. That’s when my friend told my parents about moaddel. They were able to get me out without paying the ridiculous bail they had set and got the case dismissed. Seriously, it sucks because I had done nothing wrong and moaddel helped out so much. I seriously recommend going to them for anything you guys need! Their staff were very kind, respectful, willing to help, and most importantly they were firm in that they were going to help me. My parents aren’t the most fluent english speakers so it was nice to see that they were able to accommodate them and bring in bilingual staff to help them through this process. THey felt comfortable being there and were able to talk about how we would handle the situation. They were very welcoming as was their office it didn’t look dead like any other office (lol). It was very clean, neatly organized, and honestly it looked a little fancy but that’s the crazy part it wasn’t even expensive. My family and I were able to afford it which is always nice. We all know services in la can be very expensive. If you ever find yourself in a bad situation where you KNOW you didn’t do anything wrong then you need to come here ASAP!
