When i first spoke to arek, I was so pessimistic about getting an approval on a H1B case, I had a denied case, and i was seeking approval with the same company almost with no major change in company's financial statement. I got my first H1b in 2008, and was trying to transfer to another company with... same title, which was denied by uscis as the title was not fit for specialty occpuation, and i was not fit for the position plus 6 other points. I have hired Arek's firm like a year ago for my investment visa. i found him thru one of my friend who has been working with him since 5 years and he highly recommended him. My case was little complicated, not too many lawyers wanted to take it. Some of them they didnt even consider to having loo...king at my case. He was nice and told me let me give it a shot and everything is so far so good. i will be definitely hire him again for the extension. Oh BTW before i forget. They are extremely computer savvy. They make my life so much easier. Unlike old style lawers, they showed me how to share documents thru DropBox and it made my life so much easier.
