I am an experienced civil litigation and appellate attorney. I have represented individuals and businesses in numerous cases involving administrative and government issues, ballot measures, business disputes, and employment discrimination. I have argued numerous times at the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit. Many of those cases involved novel questions of law or involved important First Amendment or other constitutional law questions.
