I would highly recommend Joey and his staff. They are knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. I was really nervous about what was going to happen to me in court. They told me not to worry I was in good hands. They were right, I was. I never even seen a court room. He lowered the charge that was ori...ginally set. Then he got it thrown out of court completely. Mr. Gilbert faced difficult odds with our case but still managed to get probation for our family member. We were ecstatic with the outcome. He had to deal with a language barrier and the fact that we live out-of-state, so a lot of communication and coordination was by phone and not in person. Despite... those obstacles, our beloved family member got probation! We were overjoyed with the outcome. He did ask us to submit letters to the court, but maybe he could have emphasized how important those letters are? Otherwise, excellent all around.
