Mr. Allen is a partner at Howard & Howard PLLC. Mr. Allen’s practice focuses on intellectual property and all related federal litigation. He has extensive experience resolving intellectual property disputes concerning trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade dress, trade secrets, domain names, rights of publicity, unfair competition, deceptive trade practices or other business claims, as well as Constitutional law issues. Mr. Allen also represents clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
