I mediated over 100 cases through the State of Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program against Neal. Although Neal represented the financial institutions, he showed compassion to the homeowners and worked beyond all expectations to negotiate home retention options. Neal seemed to truly care about the homeowners. In addition to his fine demeanor, Neal is eminently knowledgeable in his field. I had one court argument against him and have observed him argue several more. He is well-spoken and I personally have never seen him lose in court. I endorse this lawyer.
