The Best Divorce Lawyer!!!!

Ms. Kolber is the best attorney . I can't say how pleased I was from the minute my ex-wife and I met with her to guiding us through the divorce process. She was there every step of the way. She only wanted the best for my family. She was always concerned about keeping our costs down, but never compro...mised the quality of work. By having my wife and I file a joint petition for divorce and looking out for my 9 year old son, she helped make both of us better parents. My ex and I were able to move forward with our lives and not fight in court for years. Please let anybody you know of who is facing this difficult decision call this wonderful A+ lawyer. You will not be sorry. We interviewed 3 other lawyers prior to coming across Ann Kolber. All the others just cared about $$!

A++ Attorney

Excellent and professional attorney who had my tenant evicted for non-payment of rent in record time. I had tried an eviction service in the past who had non-attorney's working there, and I just wasted money, They didn't know the law and I had to start the eviction process all over. I would only refe...r landlords to Ms. Ann Kolber,Esq. at lasvegasfastevictions.com with 25 years of legal exp. you will not be dissapointed. The flat fee I was charged even included the locksmith and my new keys to my property!

TERRIBLE ATTORNEY!

World's Worst ATTORNEY! I hired her to evict my tenant due to lease violations. I disliked how she showed up to court completely unprepared and proceeded to give the judge a letter to prove that the tenant's violated the lease. I disliked how I had to pay her for another court appearance due to her... being unprepared the first time. Now, I dislike how I can't get her on the phone to explain the court's agreement.

This particular client made verbal and written representations to the opposing party prior to the court hearing which did not help her position. This client was extremely inarticulate, and this was obvious to the judge. Moreover, this client failed to bring witnesses to court who could testify as to the tenant's breach of lease after being instructed to do so. I have been an attorney for 27 years and have never been accused of being unprepared for an eviction hearing and this case was no exception! The case was continued by the judge to give the parties the ability to mediate which, of course, was unsuccessful. The client failed to do what the judge ordered which did not help her case. The client was present at both hearings but I took the time afterwards to explain the judges ruling. My staff explained it to the client again. For obvious reasons, this client still doesn't get it. Not surprising. Questions posed by clients are routinely answered as a matter of policy by myself and my office staff. In closing, in all my years of practice, I am apalled by and take personal offense to this review. I guess that it is easy to blame an attorney when you don't like a judge's decision.
