A few years after this win, our Daughter's Mother brought a motion before the court in another state to, in essence, overthrow this ruling. She wanted to reduce my physical custody from 50% to 20% and to assume legal custody. Yesterday, after 5 days of trial spread over nearly 2 years, this new Court upheld the ruling John represented, fought for, and won on behalf of our Daughter. Our Daughter is nearly 10 and continues to be a happy, healthy, energetic, and a well adjusted young lady who excels academically, artistically, musically, and in sports... despite the fact her parents have challenges getting along. Had it not been for John ensuring the first and most crucial win in this long struggle, our Daughter would not have had such such a wonderful life nor as meaningful and rich relationships with both her parents and their extended families.
