On August 22nd, 2022, I was unfortunately involved in a motor vehicle crash in which left me with a broken back and my quality of life will never be close to what it was prior to the crash. After close consideration, I decided to trust Naqvi Injury Law Firm with my case, believing that I would be rec...eiving the best possible help. After my initial contact and paperwork on August 24th with the firm, I found myself experiencing more stress than anything. Within 20 days of attempting to work with them, I found myself reaching out and speaking to a different assistants, admins and hardly sometimes an attorney . Each time I spoke to a different person, they were  clueless as to who I was or the status of my case. After a few times of reaching out, I found myself repeatedly providing them with the information regarding the other party, due to them not communicating about my case within each other. I was hopeful that it was just a start on the wrong foot, but after all the stress and unprofessional back and forth I experienced, it was only for them to tell me they couldn't do anything for me and that I had to pretty much just write it off because the other party was in a rental vehicle. 20 days later and $5.5K in attorney lien, not including the doctor visits I am also being charged for that they sent me to. Keep in mind in the 20 days of my Naqvi having my case my vehicle was left neglected in tow the yard. After all of this, I was forced to seek help elsewhere and am being charged $5.5K. For what exactly? I'm not sure.  No disrespect, but do better Naqvi, not everyone has money to throw around like that and if we seek out to you for help it's because we trust that you are the professional and know what you're doing.
