Excellent Lawyer
Michele has proven to be very knowledgeable about family law. She has always treated me with respect and taken the time to know my case. My divorce was very contentious. She listened to my issues, did her research then gave me her recommendations on what direction she felt would be best. I never felt forced to take a position that I was uncomfortable with. I feel heard and supported by Michele and she really cares about me, my children and my case. She responds to my texts and emails in a timely manner and makes herself available to me. She is there when I need help with a response to an accusation or issue and helps me formulate a strong, reasonable and conscientious response. She was always prepared when we went to court and her interactions with other attorneys we would see at court show she is highly respected by them. I have been using Michele's services for two years and she has shown herself to be caring, competent and trustworthy. I feel she has my and my children's best interest in mind and I will not hesitate to use her services again.

Very Satisfied Client.
I'm a former client of Michele LoBello. She handled my divorce including a custody fight for my two kids. She was so good to communicate with me and to always answer questions to get me through it. She respected my wishes, but she also kept me grounded by always letting me know what to expect. She gave me such good advice, and after our trial, my ex told me she wished she’d had my lawyer.

Phenomenal Attorney - I will forever be grateful
From the moment of my initial consultation with attorney Michele LoBello, I believed that I was in safe hands and that I had made a good selection in an attorney that would assist me with my child custody matters. Looking back, it was not only a good selection, it was the best selection. The specifics of my case were such that my ex-husband of over 10 years with whom I had shared joint custody with had relocated out of state and was now trying to gain primary custody of our daughter so that he could move her out of state to live with him. It has been over nine months now since the whole thing began and there isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t think of Michele and her partner John Jones with an eternal debt of gratitude and sincere admiration. It was because of them and their wonderful team that I have my daughter with me today. The representation that I received from Michele and John was exceptional. They were a highly effective team that complemented one another very well. Michele’s commitment to my case, to me and to my daughter was evident throughout the entire process. Michele not only listened to me, but she also heard me. She invested herself and fought this fight with me as if she were fighting for her very own child and committed herself to learning every nuance of my case. Michele always made me feel as if I was a priority, and that not only the outcome, but also the journey, was a matter of importance to her. Michele consistently made herself readily available to me and fielded all of my concerns, questions and input in a timely and efficient manner. Her knowledge and expertise in family and child custody law was clearly apparent and it was with these skills that she carefully managed my case that ultimately led to a victorious outcome. Michele carefully navigated me through the entire process which was not only an entirely new experience for me, but an extremely frightening ordeal. She kept me updated and informed the entire time, taught me, involved me, reeled me in when I needed it, and held my hand when I got scared. Her genuine care and concern was demonstrated when she would reach out to me on a Saturday afternoon just to make sure I was “doing ok” at the sacrifice of her personal time with her own family. Michele started out as my attorney and ended as my friend. I don’t know what I would have done without her and will be forever grateful for her time, energy, passion, commitment and drive. This was such a huge victory! I thank you Michele…from the bottom of my heart…I thank you! I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge other wonderful members of the Black and LoBello staff that were invaluable along the way: Stephanie MacKeen, Sharon Hill and Cheryl Berdahl. I am so deeply appreciative of all your hard work and continued support.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
"Michele LoBello is an excellent lawyer. I have consulted with her on cases, I have referred her clients and I have asked her to represent friends and family members. I always get great feedback and an enthusiastic "Thank you" after the interview, during the case and after the case is over. Michele is very smart, quick witted, compassionate, very knowledgeable about custody, divorce and division of community property. These qualities as well as her ability to present a client's case to a judge in a manner that is as persuasive as any attorney in the State of Nevada combine to make her a formidable attorney. I give her an unqualified endorsement."
