I retained Freedom Law Firm in Oct 2019 to file Ch13 case. I was overcharged by over $2k from our contract; Two (2) Paid-In-Full Time Shares were surrendered instead of liquidated as originally discussed and agreed upon causing a loss of approx $21k in assets; Discussions of repayment/compensation f...or the overcharge and loss of assets have either been avoided, or simply ignored; Creditors were omitted; Messages and calls have not been returned in a satisfactory timeframe; Time-sensitive information and documents have not been disseminated in a timely fashion; I have not been kept informed of the status of my case during the last 3 1/2 years; incorrect information/ lies have been disseminated on multiple occasions throughout the proceedings; My privacy and confidentiality has been compromised due to the number of personnel who has accessed my files during the last 3 1/2 months; My specific requests to deal directly with my Attorney only have been, and continue to be, ignored as I am still receiving replies from legal assistants instead of my Attorney. I’ve been spinning my wheels for 3 1/2 years. My attorney did however, successfully file a motion to remove himself from my case.
