The attorney that handled my case explained the dispute process, the law and my rights legal...ly regarding a dispute that is a consumer issue A letter was sent to the collection agency by the law firm. A few weeks later I checked my credit report and the item was removed from my credit report from all three credit reporting agencies. The firm advised me that the dispute that I had was removed. I was very pleased with the way the agency handled my dispute and I will use this firm again for other disputes that I may have in the future that are consumer related
