I utilized the services of Mr Auten for corporate documentation and planning. He was engaged and helpful in the process. I continue to use his legal services for my ongoing businesses.

We received an unsolicited offer to purchase our company and we have absolutely no experience with this process. The potential buyers seemed friendly and like they had our interests at heart. However, we knew it was wise to work with an attorney since this decision would so dramatically affect our future. Ben worked with us every step of the way, helping us understand the details of the offer, the pitfalls and the concessions to ask for. Ultimately, Ben helped us uncover all the reasons why the offer was NOT beneficial to us and we declined to sell our company. If it had not been for Ben and his firm, we might have made a grave mistake.
I especially appreciated that Ben was very quick to respond to questions--even late on a Friday night when I would have expected most attorneys would not be working. He is thorough, personable and helped us get the answers we needed. I would highly recommend Ben Auten to other clients.
