I called Devine Law Firm since I am a member of Metlaw and was referred over by Hyatt legal services. I spoke with a paralegal who explained he can't give me any legal advice and that some of my questions were not in his scope of his job. He told me its hard to overturn tickets at the Henderson justi...ce court. Told me to get a criminal lawyer. I asked what they help with then and he said getting the points removed and avoiding traffic school. I advised well thats what I would like to do. He spoke with a lawyer and called me back and said I need to get a criminal lawyer once again. It was a ticket for unsafe lane change and not once did he ask why I wanted to fight the ticket or didn't agree with it.
