Happy client.

I was charged with DUI as a minor. Dale was very thorough with my case and kept the DUI off my record.

Criminal defense client

I was charegd with mutiple felony drug related counts. Dale and his office were very organized and professional. Dale negotiated me a deal with the prosecutor to where i only had to plea to one misdemeanor petty drug offense.

Great lawyer

I was told I had a a case that I could not win. Dale took the time and consideration to listen to me and look at every angle to see if indeed I had no chance. As a business professional, I could not have a dui on my record. He was able to drast twenty pages of documents that created reasonable doub...t and ultimately was able to reduce the dui to wreckless driving and more importantly not show on my record. In las Vegas, dui are getting alot tougher to beat and I honestly owe it all to Mr. Hayes. I learned my lesson and was able to escape a bad situation with a wristslap instead of learning the hard way. I hope to never have to use him again but if I found myself in that situation he will be the one i go to .

Recommendation

I was scared to death when I got a dui, but instantly I felt comfortable when I met with Dale. He took care o my case and was always available when I called him. I was really satisfied with their firm.

I highly recommend Dale for legal issues

I highly recommend Dale for legal issues. I was wrongfully arrested and Dale worked with me to prove my innocence and got me a dismissal in a timely manner. The ratings are as accurate as you seem them, five star. I'd went to numerous attorneys prior to me meeting with Dale, and when he presented to... me the way he was going to approach my case it was very unique from the others. He was supportive and his rate is impartial.
