completely on point

DUI Lawyers is the best DUI lawyers around the Las Vegas. After making a horrible decision and driving with alcohol in my system, I made a great choice and contacted Dale A Hayes. Quality Representation

I was referred to Dale from a lawyer who is a friend that I trusted. This happened after my last lawyer quit on me 2 days before my trial. I won't go into detail other than to say i fully intend to write a formal complaint to the bar association against this other lawyer. She had not even intervi...ewed my witnesses or requested the case file 2 days before my trial and then used a very weak excuse to quit and keep my money. I was completely ripped off so I was really needing a good lawyer. Anyway, Dale was a "God send". He and his 2 staff members Emmanuel and Stephanie were responsive to setup a meeting. They responded to any communication I sent and Dale was very sincere. In fact my case required extra time because I wanted to go to trial and he agreed my defense was strong. This meant more interactions between us and more time I would consume. He was patient and very experienced. The thing I also liked is the day of the trial he seemed to have a good relationship with the prosecutor. Although I was ready to go to trial Dale managed to negotiate a deal that was too good to take the chance of the trial. Basically, an eight hour online impulse control course and a small fine and stay out of trouble for 6 months and my charge was dropped to simple battery and if I stay out of trouble for the 6 months everything is completely dropped. Don's key man in the office is Emmanuel and I met with him also one time for about 90 minutes. Although he is not a lawyer he was well schooled and answered all my questions thoroughly. If you are in trouble then "Dale is your guy". Besides a great lawyer he is a decent human being and it never was about the money for him and he really believed in me and the reason he was comfortable if we go to trial that I testify.

better than I expected

I NEVER write reviews…..with that being said the experience, I was grateful enough to have with this Hayes Law firm, I have to share here as well. They were able to sort out every roadblock that came up successfully with experience, professionalism, and pure hardwork. The outcome was even better t...han I expected. I would highly recommend you to give them a call if you are in need a competent legal representation

Very professional and very knowledgeable

I was accused with a DUI and Dale got the DA to change the charge to a disorderly conduct. This type of thing rarely happens but thanks to Dale it thankfully did. Instead of getting my license suspended and having to spend thousands of dollars on an alcohol class and a criminal type charge; I don’t h...ave any of these now. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I'm glad that I found him!

Save My dreadful DUI fines

Dale and his wonderful team are the best decision anyone in a predicament can make. His law firm and council are the best team on the face of the earth.
