Dale Saved My Job!

My wife and I got into an argument that got way out of hand. It did not get physical but she started throwing things and couple of glass items broke. The neighbors heard the noise and called the police. My wife grabbed a sharp item that could do some damage at one point and I grabbed her arm to keep ...her from throwing. We had calmed down by the time the cops arrived but we both told them about my grabbing her arm. We had no idea this would get me arrested. I work at the test site and have a Q clearance any sort of violent conviction would prevent me from keeping my clearance and cost me my career. I hired Dale and his knowledge about the Domestic Violence laws as well as the way the prosecutors operate, got me a result in which all the charges were dismissed. My Q clearance was never at risk. If you find yourself in similar circumstances, you need to hire Dale immediately!

Saved me from prison time EXCELLENT lawyer!

Dale Hayes Jr is the real deal! I came to Dale facing a very serious felony DV charge for some things that weren’t all my fault. From the very start of our talk he informed me of every possible outcome and took the time to answer every question I had. I was blown away with how thorough and helpful he... was. Once I hired him I thought the communication would slow down but boy was I wrong! Dale continued to communicate with me and answer each question I had the entire way. Ultimately he got the charges completely dropped! Dale is an amazing attorney and I highly recommend him for anyone facing a DV charge, or DUI or personal injury charge. He is the best attorney I have ever worked with.

Highly knowledgeable attorney and experienced litigator.

Mr. Hayes helped us to rapidly navigate a minefield in reaching a negotiated settlement for our extremely complex civil dispute, under a very short deadline. He tells it like it is and knows how to be aggressive when necessary. Highly recommended.

These guys are great

These guys are great! I talked to Dale at the Hayes Law Firm and they took the case. From there, the Dale team did everything they could to get me the best result possible. I highly recommend him and the team of Dale.

Finally solved it
