What makes our firm different is personal communication and individual treatment.
I formed Moss Berg Injury Lawyers in 2012. I was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Maryland. I graduated from Tulane University in 2001 with a double major in Finance and Information Systems. In 2005, I earned a Juris Doctorate from Tulane University School of Law.
Prior to opening Moss Berg Injury Lawyers, I worked for a large personal injury law firm. Prior to that, I practiced Insurance Defense Law, Corporate Law and Intellectual Property before leaving the defense side to assist injured victims.
I focus my practice on autombile crashes, slip and falls and worker’s compensation claims. I am admitted to practice in the state of Nevada and the Federal Districts of Nevada and Colorado as well as the United States Supreme Court. I am a member of the Nevada and Clark County Bar Associations, the Nevada Justice Association, American Justice Association and Citizens For Justice. I am also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
