Had an instance where I was issued a federal citation that would have been extremely detrimental to my record. Mr. Ogata provided accurate and knowledgeable information regarding my circumstance and my rights. He explained the best course of action that I should take and even went as far as to advise... me what to look for if I were to seek other legal counsel. Throughout the process I was continuously updated and informed and on the day I was to appear in court he was there with expert advise and reduced the severity of my citation, maintaining a clean record and reaching a fair agreement.
