Donn was negligent and totally disengaged and unprepared for my case. He did not even bring paperwork & files to refer to in Court - and had to ask me for info as he fumbled with his tech notepad. His asst. Alex lost my files, lied to me about having filed Papers with court on time and repeategly was... inept. Very unprofessional staff and dirty office. Complete failure.
