I was referred to Mr. Terry by a friend who he had help get 3 DUI charges down to reckless driving. I had a consultation with an attorney at the Defenders and, as soon as I said I had a consultation with Mr. Terry the next day, that attorney told me that Mr. Terry was the best in the state and to hire him instead. My first DUI got reduced to reckless driving even thought my BAC qualified me for DUI court. However, when I hired Mr. Terry for my second DUI, I feel that I got the same result as if I went with a public defender. After speaking with several people who's punishment was less severe than mine after their second DUI, I realized I didn't get much of a deal.
I really believe thought that Mr. Terry always had my best interest in mind. I am a young woman and I think Mr. Terry saw a lot of potential in me. Having to accept the terms of the second DUI has really changed my life for the better. I honestly didn't see how dangerous my behavior was on both those occasions, but the courts and Mr. Terry put me exactly where I needed to be. I think Mr. Terry knew I'd probably get a third DUI if I didn't receive a wake up call. I appreciate what he did for me as my attorney.

He is not a Las Vegas legend for any reason. Read the articles about him and you'll understand why. Not only was he my lawyer but I always looked at him as a father figure....needless to say I felt protected by him. He knows the justice system like the back of his hand. So well, that even in court the judge asked him questions about the way to go about something. I couldn't tell you the relief it was retaining Mr.Terry. He is a brilliant man.

I was a law enforcement officer for 13 years and Mr. Terry represented several of my offenders. He was always professional and served his clients well. I involved myself in a DUI situation, and I knew exactly who the best attorney in Las Vegas I needed for my cases. Mr. Terry represented me flawlessly. I am familiar with nearly every criminal defense attorney in Clark County, and William Terry is by far the best.
