I had the pleasure of meeting Pieter O’Leary back in 2016 as part of the Porter Ranch gas leak lawsuit and have been interacting with him as a client since then. Bathroom remodel nightmare

I have been going through a major remodel project. And got caught in between negligent workmanship issues, endless time lines (6 months!) and a lot of money spent. I consulted Pieter to help me through all these issues. He is very knowledgeable and has a great way of calming me down when I am about to lose my German temper. Mold Case

Contract/Negligence Lawsuit

Pieter was instrumental in bringing this overly-long suit to completion. I sat through several mediation sessions, was deposed, and worked closely with Pieter to gather documents relevant to our case. His attention to detail, his willingness to respond to any and all questions/concerns in a timely manner, and his genuine concern for our community made a difficult experience more satisfying. Our community is now in a position to go forward and attend to other important issues without having this lawsuit hanging over our head.

Good Representation results with Excellent Outcome

Pieter and his firm represented our homeowners association in a lawsuit against the various companies involved in a community wide major renovation project valued at nearly 2 million dollars. It was a difficult and complex case with many depositions and several mediation sessions. Pieter handled the case from beginning to end, attended all depositions, met with expert witnesses and vigorously pursed all avenues of recovery. Pieter was always available to discuss the case or respond to questions. The Board of Directors was very pleased with the recovery he helped obtain. They did what they said they would do.

Went above and beyond in support of a contract dispute

I needed a local California attorney to handle a five-figure personal services contract dispute for me. Pieter fit the bill perfectly. Pieter M O'Leary

Pieter provided a clear path of action early on. It helped because this was the first suit I was involved with. At time of deposition, he prepared me for the types of questions that would be asked. It helped a lot because the other lawyer was trying to intimidate me into admitting things for his benefit. At the time of settlement, he gave us a good idea of what would be a reasonable amount, given that we really didn't want to stretch the ordeal out if we didn't have to. I believe he gave competent, well-informed service and was available for questions which was important to our success because we were first-time plaintiffs.

Pieter helpd me after a car accident.

Pieter is awesome! He helped me after I was in a car accident. I had damage to my car and some physical injuries. Pieter took care of everything and negotiated a good settlement with the insurance company. He made sure to keep me informed all along the way and was available to answer all of my questions. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Pieter is a genuine good guy and I highly recommend him.
