I would like to thank this Attorney for his free consultation for my man’s 2nd DV . Not only had I gone to him at the last minute. But he sat and listen to me and gave me all the advice I needed… First attorney gave me what can happen and how bad it could be and my mind was not at Ease and on top... of that he wanted to charge me 5,000 .. Attorney Parviz A. Heshmati didn’t take no money and didn’t approach me about how much I can pay him!!! His Advice to me to wait and see what will take place with the trial first, and also gave me 2 options what can happen and my mind was at EASE when I left his office… It was a blessing. Extremely knowledgeable, well connected, personable. and always reachable. I had an unusual case that not too many lawyers were familiar with but Parviz understood it completely. After talking to many other lawyers I was confused as they often contradicted each other and in the end i found much of w...hat they said to be surprisingly false. I normally do not write reviews, but this is a special situation and I feel my experience needs to be shared with the community. I was charged by Las Vegas Metro with a DUI. The police report and blood test stated that I had Zanaz and a trace amount of marijuana in my system at the time of the arrest.... I hired Halo Attorneys to represent me. At the initial consultation I spoke with Attorney Heshmati. He told me the case was one he thought we had a chance of winning or reducing to a reckless driving. I paid him ($2,500.00) and left. Aprox one month later Mr. Heshmati called me and said he could resolve my case with a reckless driving or we could take it to trial. He told me he thought we should take the case to trial. He said the chance of success at trial was aprox 70%. I thought about it for a while and finally decided to take my case to trial. Long story short we won! I have used attorneys before and by far this was the best experience I have ever had with one. Knowing the chance of success was huge in my decision to go to trial. I am a stratified customer writing a review is the least I could do to show my appreciation.
