One of Las Vegas Best!!!

In Jan. 2022 I had the misfortune of coming in contact with the Department of Family Services. My youngest child was removed due to these circumstances. I tried using my court appointed counsel to fight the allegations, however after losing my trial and given a 157 presumption, I decided to seek real help. Mary Brown was that help. She heard me out, even though I could not afford her retainer and my case seemed impossible, accepted it and let me make payments. Mary was aggressive with my case and won my hearing to overturn the 157 presumption against me. If I did call her firm, she called me right back. She is truly your voice in the courtroom because she makes sure the judge knows your every concern. I would also like to mention that after I retained Mary, the Department and my social worker started showing me respect, which was non-existent at first. Mary Brown was more than my attorney, she was a saving grace through one of the most roughest points in my life. I am eternally grateful for her prestigious services. If I ever need an attorney that is relevant to her multiple law specialties, I will not think twice to come to her again. This woman is one of the best attorneys in Las Vegas, Nevada PERIOD!!! A Conscientious and Efficient Attorney

I hired Attorney Mary Brown 3 years ago after struggling to find a good attorney to represent me in the family court and to deal with unfair practices of the CPS. Mary Brown took my case with very reasonable total fees and from the very beginning was very efficient with a great performance and was able to represent me in the best way possible. She believes in her clients and goes to war for them. She is very respected by all family court judges. She just practically gets things done. I would recommend her highly and if I need any further representation in family court I would definitely go back to her.

Your One of The Most Experienced Attorneys in Las Vegas

We were out of state residents. We encountered trouble with CPS and faced felony charge during our visit to Las Vegas in March 2021. Luckily we appointed Mary and Phil as our defense attorneys. They negotiated with District Attorney and our cases were dismissed. Both Mary and Phil have good memories and won't forget you although the cases are postponed by more than 5 months. The verdict of the cases beyond our expectation.

Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Attorney Mary Brown. She is Amazing, gets the job done, returns my calls/texts promptly. A family member was facing some serious time and felony charges, Mary had the charges drastically reduced and there was no time served, house arrest only. She is truly a miracle worker and there is no better attorney I would go to in Las Vegas.

Mary Brown will put your mind at ease when you’re on a terrifying situation!

Believe the great reviews! Mary put my mind at ease during a terrifying encounter with CPS. As if that wasn’t stressful enough, the waiting period for the outcome took forever! She still followed up with me and kept me in the loop all the time. I also appreciate that she was always very responsive via phone and email, as well as super patient with me anytime my anxiety was through the roof. I highly recommend her to anyone who is dealing with CPS, although, I’m confident she will be excellent assisting you with anything else. Thank you Mary!

Mission Accomplished!

When I first contacted Mrs. Mary Brown, she took the time to listen to my case that I was falsely accused of. Mary stated that She would be able to get this case dismissed and that SHE DID!! She kept in contact and updated me on my next court appearance. She gave me a flat fee rate, from start to finish. My defensive angel.

Having Mary by my side was a no brainer after my first phone call with her. Mary and her team were like balm on my emotional wounds, taking the fear out of my legal battle with CPS. Her knowledge of the state judicial system and proceedings is remarkable. Mary’s confidence in her fight against false allegations with the state DFS/CPS and criminal system made what I felt was a never ending battle seem like a walk in the park. Mary’s attention to detail and quick response to my phone calls made all the difference, with making me feel at ease. Best Decision Made

It’s never easy to be on the wrong side of the judicial system. Especially for your first time but Mrs. Brown makes things understandable. She shows her dedication to her work in the way she speaks to you and she makes you feel overall better about your situation knowing she’s working hard on your case. Mrs. Brown has an amazing set up with her office sharing it with her husband. There’s nothing the duo can’t accomplish together and it made me feel confident in my choice. Being referred to Mary Brown was a life changing decision.. Literally. Seeing her in the court room was another level of respect for this woman see how she interacts with other members of the court and seeing the reputation she has gained not only from clients, but from other defenders, judges, district attorneys, and others in the court room. Great Lawyer

Attorney Mary Brown just recently completed some legal work for me. There was an urgent part that had a short deadline and a longer-term part. I interviewed several attorneys and chose Mary because she was prompt, a clear communicator and knew what needed to be done. In completing my case she had to work with local law enforcement, court records and judges. It was obvious that she was well-respected by all. She met the short-term date and completed the longer-term part expeditiously. She was pleasant to work with and kept me appraised of the status of the legal work. I recommend her without hesitation.

Highly Worth It

I was so grateful my Mom found Mary. I couldn't believe she was able to retain her even though it was the weekend and court was first thing Monday morning. Mary was very understanding and sympathetic about my situation. She stuck to the negotiated price which was important on a fixed income. Not only that but she got me released within 24 hours, got me time served, I owe zero fines, and no further court appearances. I couldn't be happier with her services.

The Best Representation

Mary Brown and her staff are helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. My son got himself into trouble during EDC and was looking at four felony trafficking charges. I was out of state and din't know what to do. Mary helped me arrange to get him bailed out of jail and handled his court appearances. I was afraid I would spend the next few years visiting him in jail, Mary however, was able to negotiate a plea that kept him out of jail and reduced his charges to one misdemeanor possession charge. He did not receive any jail time, I feel so relieved, my son has a second chance in life. If you are looking for an attorney and you want the best representation, I would recommend Mary Brown. She will personally get the job done, not hand it off to an associate.
