To start this was the most difficult situation i have ever been involved in. I have been in law enforcement for 24 years and dealt with high crime shootings, also was deployed in the US Army for 4.5 yrs. The situation I am referring to is where Marc was able to ensure that my father never saw pri...son and my life was able to move forward after years of daily worries. I have seen thousands of lawyer's works. I have never seen one care like Marc does. I have never seen one lead with honor, courage, commitment to the client like Marc has done for my family. My dad was facing years of prison time. I was torn between my kids and my father. Marc was able to dig deep, find truth, have the judge see the facts over bleeding hearts and lies. Marc never stopped fighting for the client, my father and discover the why of the lies and be able to express to the court and convince the judge of what was real versus fairy tale make believe that pulled at the heart strings of others put my father in the situation he was. I owe everything to Marc. He always was there for me, when tides were twisted towards me as suspect. Marc never stopped, Marc made time for me and my dad. Marc is the most honorable lawyer i have ever seen. When he walks into the court room, The DA is worried as opposed to the defendant. Marc brings calm to the situations, well-liked by all. He has the knack to embarrass the DA but have them thank him for what he does. I have never seen it and will forever be thankful for this man, this lawyer, the best to have on your side there is.

My husband was incarcerated with a wrongful conviction. Not to get off topic but that was something that Marc helped with as well. In 2007 my husband was wrongfully shot by a correctional officer inside of prison Nevada department of corrections high desert State prison. After many years and Marc doi...ng an investigation and being hired by our mom. He won the lawsuit against the state, and got Justice for my husband that was on life support for 2 weeks with no call to family. Marc didn't just stop there. He arrived to every court date my husband had after that, he even resume in 2019 and went in front of a judge again and got my husband 111 days credit for time served that the judge failed to give him in 2011. And then once again he didn't even stop there, he also came to my husband's parole hearing just last month and after 10 years of my husband being incarcerated we won the parole which is unheard of. And my husband is finally coming home. If it wasn't for Marc I wouldn't have known what to do with this entire journey . He is literally the best attorney I have ever seen. He actually cares and he doesn't stop when things get too hard. If he doesn't think he can win it he won't even waste your time or his. I highly suggest this to anybody that is facing criminal charges especially. I will never in my life hire another attorney other than Marc himself. Let's pray I'll never need one. But if I do I know right where to go. His assistant Mark Willoughby was also amazing and help me through everything. Always was one text away or One call away. When hiring a lawyer for criminal defense, you're paying mostly for their negotiation skills. I think that's the difference between public defenders and the best private defense attorneys. Public defenders are often passionate about what they do and knowledgeable, but they're not skilled or good nego...tiators and despite their best intentions and how much they care about their clients, they let their clients down because they can't get good deals made for them. Marc is extremely knowledgeable of the law and where he really stands out is representing his clients interests in negotiating the best deals possible for them in troubled times.
