STILL THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN VEGAS! I cannot say enough great things about Christine & John Kelleher! They are simply Team Awesome! After my husband's employer relocated us to California his son was being withheld from us. We filed for visitation with the courts on our own in order to save money. Well, needless to say, the other party hired a lawyer and served us stating all kinds of lies trying to claim he abandoned his son on the day we were flying into Vegas for our court date! I was referred to John Kelleher to represent me for an extremely stressful and difficult custody case. I was counter sued by my children’s Father to lower his child support. The decision to finally take action had been a long time coming and I was scared. But, John and his staff were so amazing. John is brilliant as a lawyer, but that's really only half the battle when you go through something like this. He was always extremely responsive to questions or concerns that I had and I was constantly contacting his office. His staff was so gracious and attentive. No matter the issue or concern, every single team member was kind, helpful, genuine, warm and welcoming. I was actually excited to go see them when I went into the office because I knew I would always be greeted with a warm welcome. I hired John midway into my custody trial and immediately before the commencement of the evidentiary hearings. John was able to come up to speed quickly, identify the important details in a complex, highly contested case and he was able to preserve the court's focus on the important details instead of the smoke and mirrors put out by the opposing counsel. John was firm without being overbearing, he focused on the facts and was able to present my case in a clear and direct manner. He was quick on his feet and was able to argue effectively. Opposing counsel consisted of two highly regarded family law attorneys and he was able to deflect their attacks easily and gracefully.

John came in to handle the trial of a custody suit for my husband and I regarding my husband's daughter. Not only did John get up to speed quickly on the eve of trial in a complex fact intensive matter, he jumped right in and was able to present the myriad of facts in a form easily understood by the judge. John is calm under pressure and impressively countered 3 attorneys as opposing counsel. I am an attorney myself and thus am very critical of any legal representation provided for such an important case- a case that can make or break the life of a child we love. And yet I have ZERO critiques for Mr. Kelleher. In fact, quite, the opposite. I have nothing but glowing reviews of his legal acumen, work ethic and his ability to represent the interests of a little girl who otherwise would not have a voice in the system. He is not only a brilliant attorney but he has compassion and ethics. I am unable to adequately express how grateful we are to John for representing us in this matter and how highly I endorse him as both a client and as a fellow attorney!

At the end of my case, I didn’t feel like there was one thing they could have done better or differently. My son and I are together and happy and can live our lives to the fullest again because of John and his team at Kelleher and Kelleher.

I went to this firm 4 years ago now when I was in dire need of help having emigrated from the UK to the USA and having found myself in a very scary situation and trying to get my daughter from her father.
