Hire Joel Mann based on his excellent reviews... I did!

I was traveling to Las Vegas from Canada when I suddenly found myself facing a domestic battery charge. I had never been arrested or in trouble with the law before, and I was terrified and completely unfamiliar with how the legal system in the US even worked. On top of that, I knew my case could affe...ct my ability to travel in the future. From the very first conversation, Joel Mann put me at ease with his straightforward, no-nonsense approach. He doesn’t build false expectations — he is honest, clear, and results-oriented. Thanks to Joel’s expertise and the support of his assistant Maria, my case was dismissed in a way that should not impact my future travel to the U.S. What felt like one of the worst times in my life was made bearable because I knew I was in capable hands. Case Dismissed!

I used Attorney Mann for a battery charge I received while visiting Las Vegas from out of state. After interviewing and reviewing many attorney's I decided to go with Mann. He was straight to the point without much small talk which was fine with me. We only spoke once by phone and the rest via email.... I never attended any court appearances - he attended on my behalf and was prompt to give me an update on what transpired. Ultimately my case was dismissed! Needless to say I had a fantastic outcome and would recommend Attorney Mann to anyone in a similar situation.

Glad I hired Joel Mann - Excellent Service, through and Professional

Mr. Mann represented me in a Domestic Battery case. I was arrested while I was on vacation in Las Vegas and faced a criminal record. Based on the reviews on the internet I decided to retain Mr. Mann as my attorney and I am a happy person today for that. Mr. Mann was extremely thorough and did everyth...ing he said he would. I didn’t have to fly to Las Vegas for the arraignment. He went to the court and pleaded not guilty for me. I had multiple phone conversations with him to review my case and to make appropriate plans. My case was eventually dismissed by the prosecution for lack of evidence. If you are facing a criminal charge in Las Vegas I would suggest you call Joel Mann.

Excellent Service - Well Prepared

I secured Mr. Mann's services to represent me in a very difficult Domestic Battery case. Although I was defending myself from my significant other, I was arrested and faced a criminal record and the potential ruination of my career and reputation. Mr. Mann was extremely thorough, did everything he ...said he would, and represented me very capably. My case was eventually dismissed by the prosecution for lack of evidence.

Charge of Battery was Dismissed

I was attending a convention in Las Vegas, in which I was involved in an altercation with several casino security personnel. Long story short, I was arrested and released the next day. Missed my flight, was thrown out of my hotel, and if it couldn’t get any worst, I was trespassed which limited my ch...oices for another hotel. Flew back home to Florida and began the arduous search for an attorney to represent me. I called numerous attorneys in the Las Vegas area, only to be put off, trapped in voice mail, circled through the auto attendant, and when I did speak to someone that answered the phone, they were only able to take a message! The few attorneys that I was fortunate enough to speak with, did not listen to what had transpired and quickly quoted a price anywhere from $2K to $10K, up front! Frustrated beyond belief, I continued working down my list and finally reached Joel Mann’s office, and was shocked when Sandy picked up the phone. I explained briefly what transpired and I expected to be hurried off the phone, however Sandy asked for more details of my arrest. She actually listened and displayed compassion as we spoke. Long story short, Mr. Mann took on my case and reduced the charge from Battery, to disorderly conduct to the case being dismissed!!! I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I did I’d to call Joel Mann. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Joel and Sandy!!!!
