Case Dismissed!

I used Attorney Mann for a battery charge I received while visiting Las Vegas from out of state. After interviewing and reviewing many attorney's I decided to go with Mann. He was straight to the point without much small talk which was fine with me. We only spoke once by phone and the rest via email.... I never attended any court appearances - he attended on my behalf and was prompt to give me an update on what transpired. Ultimately my case was dismissed! Needless to say I had a fantastic outcome and would recommend Attorney Mann to anyone in a similar situation.

Trouble in Vegas

I got myself into trouble on three separate occasions last year. I hired Joel Mann to represent me in all three cases. He was very professional as well as kind and compassionate at every step of the way. It was easy to get in touch with him and his office (Maria was great). I felt cared for and well-...informed throughout the process. In all three cases, Mr. Mann was able to get the charges reduced or thrown out all-together. I hope to never need his services again, but given the amazing results, I would never hire anyone else. Last Minute Life Saver

All in all, this was a great experience. Not being a local, I was blessed to have found Joel Mann. He was able to reduce any and all potentially felonious charges to misdemeanors, or have them dismissed entirely. Joel was very good about keeping my family and I in the loop (as busy as his schedule is...), and his secretary, Maria was always readily available and more than willing to help. Even after the case, she has helped me with intangibles related to the case.

Battery cased dismissed!

Joel Mann is AMAZING! When I first contacted him and talked about the case he was super informative and helpful. He talked me through everything and always reassured me he was going to take care of everything. This case was extremely serious and I could not stop worrying until he helped me. It was gr...eat hiring him because I live in Texas and this happened in Nevada. So I did not have to fly out every time we had a court date. He appeared in court for me. This battery case was on camera and there was a witness. They had every reason to put me in jail. Mr. Mann talked to me and asked, “what do you want to accomplish?” I said, “honesty I just do not want to go to jail.” So going forward he talked to the judge and I got a REALLY great deal. I just had to pay a fine, take classes, and stay out of trouble for six months. That’s extremely generous considering this incident was recorded. They really could have put me away. Six months went by and the case was dismissed! Not to mention how helpful is assistant Maria is. Every time I call or email, I get a quick response. I had a lot of questions throughout this time so I was constantly calling/emailing for questions. If Maria couldn’t answer the question for me, she would direct me to Mr. Mann. I cannot tell you enough how helpful they both are. Both very trustworthy, honest, reliable, and also a decent price for his time. I would recommend him to everyone.

Best Defense Attorney in Vegas!!!

Joel Mann is the best!!! We hired him based on reviews we saw both here and several other websites after my wife was charged with domestic violence. He represented her in court, making every appearance on time and providing us with updates within 24 hours of every conference. My wife and I have b...een married for more than 20 years with zero issues. Joel took the time to hear the extenuating circumstances that led to the incident and worked with city attorney's office to take everything into consideration. In the end, the city reduced the charge to disturbing the peace with a minor fine. Joel was worth every penny and I highly recommend him.
