Fantastic Attorney

I was facing a third DUI charge, within (7) years. This would be a felony conviction. Joel was able to negotiate a deal where my conviction would be a first offense, with no jail time. Joel and Sandy, his Paralegal, where very helpful and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend Jo...el. There is no reason to shop for other attorneys, he is the best.

Outstanding Lawyer in Las Vegas

While on vacation visiting Las Vegas from out of state I was arrest. I was charged with a felony and thrown in jail. My family researched lawyers in the Las Vegas area and made the best choice. Mr. Mann helped get me out of jail, obtain a reasonable probation, and drop my charge from felony to gross ...misdemeanor. Mr. Mann is a honest and very respectable lawyer in Las Vegas. From attending my court hearings you can see how fellow lawyers, bailiffs, and judges respect his actions. I could not be happier that I hired Mr. Mann to be my lawyer, he and his assistant could not be more accommodating.

Glad I hired Joel Mann - Excellent Service, through and Professional

Mr. Mann represented me in a Domestic Battery case. I was arrested while I was on vacation in Las Vegas and faced a criminal record. Based on the reviews on the internet I decided to retain Mr. Mann as my attorney and I am a happy person today for that. Mr. Mann was extremely thorough and did everyth...ing he said he would. I didn’t have to fly to Las Vegas for the arraignment. He went to the court and pleaded not guilty for me. I had multiple phone conversations with him to review my case and to make appropriate plans. My case was eventually dismissed by the prosecution for lack of evidence. If you are facing a criminal charge in Las Vegas I would suggest you call Joel Mann.

Excellent Service - Well Prepared

I secured Mr. Mann's services to represent me in a very difficult Domestic Battery case. Although I was defending myself from my significant other, I was arrested and faced a criminal record and the potential ruination of my career and reputation. Mr. Mann was extremely thorough, did everything he ...said he would, and represented me very capably. My case was eventually dismissed by the prosecution for lack of evidence.

Excellent Representation

Joel argued before a difficult Judge on my behalf and kept me out of jail of 30 days for a minor ordinance violation connected to another case, wherein that violation wasn't even good law at the time of the present hearing. The judge wanted to put me in jail but Joel was persistent and the Judge even...tually gave up. If I had tried to do this on my own I would have surely been put in the slammer. He's like an honest engineer working as a lawyer. He doesn't charge an obscene amount of money or promise ridiculous things like other overconfident lawyers, and doesn't talk fluff or confuse one with legalese.
