Joel Mann

Joel Mann represented me in a domestic violence case. Throughout the whole process, Mr. Mann and his staff were very punctual in returning my phone calls and allowing me to voice my concerns about my case. I was an out of state defendant, it was nerve wrecking to have put my faith and trust in an a...ttorney I didn't know. However, I am extremely glad I chose Mr. Mann. While speaking with him directly after my arrest he was able to give me facts and possibilities of punishment regarding my charges. In the end, he was able to speak with the prosecutor and completely dismiss all charges. Mr. Mann and his staff actually cared about my future and not just willing to take a case for financial gain. I would highly recommend Mr. Mann to any one that gets themselves into a bind while visiting Las Vegas or lives in the Las Vegas area. Thank you Mr. Mann.

Excellent Attorney

I was in some deep trouble after being contacted by the IRS and was informed I was under investigation for racketeering and white collar crime. Joel was able to successfully position me so I was never even charged with a crime at the federal or state level. The stress and overwhelming feeling of de...pression one gets during the entire process was unbearable, but in the end, Joel did his job excellently and made for a great resolution with no consequences. I cannot put in words how much I appreciate his work. He literally saved my life.

Professional and Experienced Attorney

Joel was very courteous and professional from the beginning. Both Sandy, his assistant, and he went to work on my case right away. They were helpful and answered all my questions along the way. Joel was able to get my case dismissed with very little input from me. I live out of State so Joel even ma...de sure I didn't have to drive all the way out to Nevada for my court appointments. Great job, I would recommended Joel to anyone who needs a good criminal attorney in Nevada.

Dismissed and NO conviction

Joel Mann did a great job as my attorney. I live out of state and it would have cost me around $700-$1000 (gas, paying for hotel and taking time off work) each time for me to come to a court date or try to take care of the situation myself. I have not been in trouble with the law before and had no id...ea what was going to happen. It was stressful not knowing what to expect on myself and my family. Joel's secretary Sandy, did a great job returning calls and setting things up. Very nice to talk with her. I only had to talk to Joe once and the rest of our communications were done by email. He worked with me on a payment program also, which helped out since we just moved my family to a different state and I started a new job. I was very surprised when I got an unexpected email stating that my case was dismissed and there was no conviction. Great news. Once again, thank you for everything Joe.
