Wonderful

I recommend Atty Mann. His staff was pleasant, prompt and proffessional. Should I ever need help in Vegas or know anyone who does I would not just recommend him, but would make the call myself to ensure they get the best that Vegas has to offer. I used AVVO to locate an attorney for my daughter who... had pending court dates in Vegas. Given her mental state I was not able to get all the information. Joel Mann was the second atty to contact me and was able to determine that she did not need to appear as her case was fininshed. I was stunned that he determined there was no payment due. The relief I felt upon determining my daughter need not return to Vegas was emmence. Given no charge was icing on the cake. I recommend AVVO for giving me the chance to find Atty Mann. The ratings and information are exactly what someone needs when they are groping in the dark for help.

VERY professional, VERY informative, VERY knowledgeable

It is a hard task trying to find a lawyer in a different state, let alone it being the first time I ever needed a lawyer. I consulted with about 10 different firms that I reserached pertaining to criminal law and drug/paraphernelia possession trying to find the right one to get me the best results. J...oel and Sandy (his paralegal) were extremely helpful when I had my first consultation. The one thing that defintely made Joel's firm stand out was the customer service. They actually cared about my case and took me step by step on the process that would happen up until the very end. Joel appeared for my first trial, told me my requirements to do before my next court date. I completed it, Joel appeared for my 2nd court date, and my case was dismissed! Immediately after each court date Joel provided me with a formal letter explaining that he appeared, what happened, and what is to come. VERY professional, VERY informative, VERY knowledgeable. I enjoyed my business with Joel. Knock on wood that I will never need legal help again, I would definitely return to Joel and Sandy. Legit firm, trustworthy, reccommend.

Charge of Battery was Dismissed

I was attending a convention in Las Vegas, in which I was involved in an altercation with several casino security personnel. Long story short, I was arrested and released the next day. Missed my flight, was thrown out of my hotel, and if it couldn’t get any worst, I was trespassed which limited my ch...oices for another hotel. Flew back home to Florida and began the arduous search for an attorney to represent me. I called numerous attorneys in the Las Vegas area, only to be put off, trapped in voice mail, circled through the auto attendant, and when I did speak to someone that answered the phone, they were only able to take a message! The few attorneys that I was fortunate enough to speak with, did not listen to what had transpired and quickly quoted a price anywhere from $2K to $10K, up front! Frustrated beyond belief, I continued working down my list and finally reached Joel Mann’s office, and was shocked when Sandy picked up the phone. I explained briefly what transpired and I expected to be hurried off the phone, however Sandy asked for more details of my arrest. She actually listened and displayed compassion as we spoke. Long story short, Mr. Mann took on my case and reduced the charge from Battery, to disorderly conduct to the case being dismissed!!! I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I did I’d to call Joel Mann. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Joel and Sandy!!!!

Trustworthy, professional attorney, fully recommend

I came to Attorney Mann regarding an early honorable discharge from probation. When I first contacted his office, his paralegal, Sandy, spent approximately 30 minutes listening to my case and she gave very valuable advice. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable....After having such a good e...xperience with his paralegal, I set up an appointment with Attorney Mann. As soon as he reviewed my case with me, I knew I was in good hands. Attorney Mann is very professional and efficient. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and it was never a struggle contacting him or his paralegal. Attorney Mann put together an excellent case on my behalf with sufficient evidence and a comprehensive explanation regarding my need for early release in order to move overseas for school. Thanks to Attorney Mann, I was granted early honorable discharge. It is obvious he cares very much about his clients and handles all matters at the highest level of professionalism. I would recommend Attorney Mann to my friends, family and anyone else in need of a defense attorney. He speaks clearly and with confidence, he is highly organized and makes his clients feel like they are a priority to him.

DISRESPECTFUL!

Hiring this man was a terrible mistake. He treated me very badly, there wasnt one conversation when he wouldnt talk down to me like I was stupid or a criminal. Not to mention he would ignore my emails but then get mad when I wouldnt reply to his immediately! Very unprofessional and rude, including... his staff. I never felt for one minute that this man was on my side, do not make the same mistake I did! Plus he would always throw in my face "I got you this sweet deal" when in all reality it wasnt sweet at all. I know people who have been charged with the same exact thing with public defenders that got better deals than I did.

I am sorry you feel this way. I do not know who you are or whether you were an actual client. As you can see the feeling of many of my clients are not in agreement with your feeling. I work hard for all my clients and tell them the truth about their case. I will not sugar coat your situation but I will always be respectful and mindful of your situation. I pride myself on my communication with clients. After every court appearance I send a letter to each and every client letting them know what happened and what is next. When I receive an email I will respond within 24 hours. Either way I am sorry you feel this way if you would like to talk about this further please contact me.
