Out of State Case Success

Being from out of state I had to make a very important decision about whom I was going to retain to represent me in a Felony Criminal Defense Case. I did plently of research and interviewed potenial attorneys via the phone. There were plenty of unusual circumstances involved in my case and I needed... someone that had the experience, knowledge, understanding and devotion to my particular type of case. I made the decision to retain Mr. Mann based on these factors as well as the huge favorable impression made by his paralegal, Sandy. Not once did I feel out of touch, uninformed or lost especially with the physical distance involved (I live in Alaska and of course Mr. Mann's practice is in Nevada). Mr. Mann made it possible for me to remain in Alaska with my family and travel to Nevada only when required by the courts. Without his assistance I am certain I would have been required to return to Nevada to face an uncertain future. Mr. Mann was able to negociate my case very successfully. Mr. Mann and Sandy's support during the whole process was and is forever appreciated.

My Legal Experience

I was going thru a terrifying experience; I’d never been thru anything like this before. Joel and Sandy made the entire experience a lot less stressful. They answered all of my questions and really helped me to feel at ease. I would definitely recommend his services.

Trustworthy, professional attorney, fully recommend

I came to Attorney Mann regarding an early honorable discharge from probation. When I first contacted his office, his paralegal, Sandy, spent approximately 30 minutes listening to my case and she gave very valuable advice. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable....After having such a good e...xperience with his paralegal, I set up an appointment with Attorney Mann. As soon as he reviewed my case with me, I knew I was in good hands. Attorney Mann is very professional and efficient. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and it was never a struggle contacting him or his paralegal. Attorney Mann put together an excellent case on my behalf with sufficient evidence and a comprehensive explanation regarding my need for early release in order to move overseas for school. Thanks to Attorney Mann, I was granted early honorable discharge. It is obvious he cares very much about his clients and handles all matters at the highest level of professionalism. He speaks clearly and with confidence, he is highly organized and makes his clients feel like they are a priority to him.

Joel Mann

Joel went over and beyond that which was expected of him to the point of changing vacation plans in order to be available for trial. I deeply appreciate all his efforts on my behalf. His straight forward, energetic, and sometimes, frustratingly honest approach was in the long run the only thing that ...encouraged me in a difficult time.
