Professional and reliable service

I hired Joel to represent me in a trespassing charge. I’d become very intoxicated in a nightclub and woke up to find I’d been arrested and ended up in hospital. It was a truly horrific ordeal. Thankfully Joel provided knowledge and expertise that reassured me and managed to get the case dismissed in ...court. I’m very grateful to him and his team for the excellent service and support throughout the process.

Last Minute Life Saver

All in all, this was a great experience. Not being a local, I was blessed to have found Joel Mann. He was able to reduce any and all potentially felonious charges to misdemeanors, or have them dismissed entirely. Joel was very good about keeping my family and I in the loop (as busy as his schedule is...), and his secretary, Maria was always readily available and more than willing to help. Even after the case, she has helped me with intangibles related to the case.

Battery cased dismissed!

Joel Mann is AMAZING! When I first contacted him and talked about the case he was super informative and helpful. He talked me through everything and always reassured me he was going to take care of everything. This case was extremely serious and I could not stop worrying until he helped me. It was gr...eat hiring him because I live in Texas and this happened in Nevada. So I did not have to fly out every time we had a court date. He appeared in court for me. This battery case was on camera and there was a witness. They had every reason to put me in jail. Mr. Mann talked to me and asked, “what do you want to accomplish?” I said, “honesty I just do not want to go to jail.” So going forward he talked to the judge and I got a REALLY great deal. I just had to pay a fine, take classes, and stay out of trouble for six months. That’s extremely generous considering this incident was recorded. They really could have put me away. Six months went by and the case was dismissed! Not to mention how helpful is assistant Maria is. Every time I call or email, I get a quick response. I had a lot of questions throughout this time so I was constantly calling/emailing for questions. If Maria couldn’t answer the question for me, she would direct me to Mr. Mann. I cannot tell you enough how helpful they both are. Both very trustworthy, honest, reliable, and also a decent price for his time. I would recommend him to everyone.

Maria (Joel's assistant) is Amazing

I called Mr. Mann because I had a rental car stolen. I spoke with Maria and she was amazing. Maria gave me all the info necessary as far as what to expect from the police. The police initially did not believe the car was stolen. Thankfully everything worked out well. Because of the quality assistance... I received from Mr. Mann's staff I was able to deal with this issue without the need of a lawyer. I recommend this lawyer! Thank you Maria, Sincerely, ChipK

Joel Mann

Joel Mann represented me in a domestic violence case. Throughout the whole process, Mr. Mann and his staff were very punctual in returning my phone calls and allowing me to voice my concerns about my case. I was an out of state defendant, it was nerve wrecking to have put my faith and trust in an a...ttorney I didn't know. However, I am extremely glad I chose Mr. Mann. While speaking with him directly after my arrest he was able to give me facts and possibilities of punishment regarding my charges. In the end, he was able to speak with the prosecutor and completely dismiss all charges. Mr. Mann and his staff actually cared about my future and not just willing to take a case for financial gain. I would highly recommend Mr. Mann to any one that gets themselves into a bind while visiting Las Vegas or lives in the Las Vegas area. Thank you Mr. Mann.
