Charge of Battery was Dismissed

I was attending a convention in Las Vegas, in which I was involved in an altercation with several casino security personnel. Long story short, I was arrested and released the next day. Missed my flight, was thrown out of my hotel, and if it couldn’t get any worst, I was trespassed which limited my ch...oices for another hotel. Flew back home to Florida and began the arduous search for an attorney to represent me. I called numerous attorneys in the Las Vegas area, only to be put off, trapped in voice mail, circled through the auto attendant, and when I did speak to someone that answered the phone, they were only able to take a message! The few attorneys that I was fortunate enough to speak with, did not listen to what had transpired and quickly quoted a price anywhere from $2K to $10K, up front! Frustrated beyond belief, I continued working down my list and finally reached Joel Mann’s office, and was shocked when Sandy picked up the phone. I explained briefly what transpired and I expected to be hurried off the phone, however Sandy asked for more details of my arrest. She actually listened and displayed compassion as we spoke. Long story short, Mr. Mann took on my case and reduced the charge from Battery, to disorderly conduct to the case being dismissed!!! I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I did I’d to call Joel Mann. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Joel and Sandy!!!!

Charges for Domestic Violence

Joel was forthright from the day I met him. I felt immediately comfortable in his presence and during the six months we waited for the anticipated trial, Joel was always encouraging but never let me for forget the seriousness of the matter. Not only am I pleased that the result ended nicely with the ...case being dismissed, I also felt that not only did I gain an extremely competent attorney I also made a great friend. In this day and age, frankly it doesn't get better than that.

I would only recommend Joel!

I researched at least 8 other lawyers before deciding to hire Joel for legal councel. He was very informative, answered all my questions in a honest manner without promising certain results. After following all of his recommendations I was able to obtain the best outcome possible for my case. For ...that I am extremely grateful! His excellent knowledge in the area of criminal defense definitely was apparent, and I would not recommend anyone else but Joel to my friends.

Great Lawyer

Joel was very professional and responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. He appeared in court for me multiple times and immediately contacted me to let me know the status of my case. Ultimately, he got the case dismissed. Would definitely recommend Joel!

Responsive, dedicated and effective Las Vegas lawyer

Joel was always quick to respond to any of my questions, was very knowledgeable about how the court works and what could be expected, and in the end, reached a deal with the prosecutor that I was happy with. If you get into trouble in Vegas, I'd definitely reccomend you give Joel a call.
