Highly Recommended!!!

Joel and Sandy were both so professional and conscientious when we needed a lawyer when temporarily in Las Vegas and had to deal with the police and courts. They explained in exact detail what would occur with the court and judges and everything went in accordance to what they said. Sandy was very... efficient and took the time to help me through a harrowing long distance experience. Joel took care of everything and the situation was resolved to our complete satisfaction! Thank you both! Highly recommended!!!

Trustworthy Attorney

I recently had a possession of a controlled substance case dismissed by using Joel. Joel and Sandy were extremely professional and supportive throughout this process and I would recommend them to anyone in need of counsel during a trying time in their life.

Joel Mann got my case DISMISSED.

I was arrested in a Las Vegas nightclub based on the suspicion of possession of controlled substances, one of which was a felony. A conviction would have resulted in my being barred from my industry, so the stakes were high--I could've lost my career, my house, my family. Despite reading the glowing ...reviews of Joel when doing my research about which attorney to hire to represent me, I initially chose somebody different. What a disaster that turned out to be. After cashing my check, that clown wouldn't even return my calls or emails, making an already stressful situation almost unbearable. This went on for several months before I came to my senses and called Joel--about a week before my initial court appearance. I replaced "the clown" with "the Mann." Yes, it cost a bit more. It was worth every penny and then some. Within 48 hours, Joel called back with the good news--forfeit bail of $250, take an online class, and provide evidence of 25 hours of community service (I started this shortly after my arrest, also based on the tips/reviews I read from Joel's past clients, another lifesaver; if you're reading this, find a charity and get volunteering on weekends!) and the charged would be dismissed. Even though I was out of town at the time, I was able to satisfy these very reasonable conditions before my court appearance such that when Joel showed up on my behalf, the case was dismissed. For what it's worth, my case wasn't particularly strong in my favor so I give Joel all the credit for his relationship with prosecutors to be able to negotiate such a great outcome so quickly. I read reviews for a lot of attorneys and clearly some of these guys have fake reviews---5 stars and eBay like feedback, "Great job." Let me tell you something, if your attorney saves your bacon and you keep your livelihood, you're going to be grateful enough to say more than "A++++," so don't be fooled. Use your head. Nobody I found had better, more complete or heartfelt responses than Joel's clients. By a long shot. This, my friend, is no accident. He can't promise an outcome, and your mileage may vary, but I couldn't have been more pleased with his communication, his responsiveness, or the results. The only regret I have is not hiring him from the beginning. If you find yourself in a jam like I did, do yourself a favor and hire Joel represent you immediately. I think you'll be glad you did.

Wonderful

I recommend Atty Mann. His staff was pleasant, prompt and proffessional. Should I ever need help in Vegas or know anyone who does I would not just recommend him, but would make the call myself to ensure they get the best that Vegas has to offer. I used AVVO to locate an attorney for my daughter who... had pending court dates in Vegas. Given her mental state I was not able to get all the information. Joel Mann was the second atty to contact me and was able to determine that she did not need to appear as her case was fininshed. I was stunned that he determined there was no payment due. The relief I felt upon determining my daughter need not return to Vegas was emmence. Given no charge was icing on the cake. I recommend AVVO for giving me the chance to find Atty Mann. The ratings and information are exactly what someone needs when they are groping in the dark for help.

VERY professional, VERY informative, VERY knowledgeable

It is a hard task trying to find a lawyer in a different state, let alone it being the first time I ever needed a lawyer. I consulted with about 10 different firms that I reserached pertaining to criminal law and drug/paraphernelia possession trying to find the right one to get me the best results. J...oel and Sandy (his paralegal) were extremely helpful when I had my first consultation. The one thing that defintely made Joel's firm stand out was the customer service. They actually cared about my case and took me step by step on the process that would happen up until the very end. Joel appeared for my first trial, told me my requirements to do before my next court date. I completed it, Joel appeared for my 2nd court date, and my case was dismissed! Immediately after each court date Joel provided me with a formal letter explaining that he appeared, what happened, and what is to come. VERY professional, VERY informative, VERY knowledgeable. I enjoyed my business with Joel. Knock on wood that I will never need legal help again, I would definitely return to Joel and Sandy. Legit firm, trustworthy, reccommend.
