My First time experience with a Lawyer

After I was arrested for DUI charges I contacted Joel Mann who was highly recommended to me and I must say that it was the best decision I could have made. I was very nervous about the whole case being that I have never been in trouble with the law before. He made me feel comfortable even though he... was very straight forward and didn't sugar coat the fact that we had not much to go by. But he came thru for me. Him and his assistant Sandy always got back to me right away with any question I had. If I ever do need a lawyer again ( hopefully never knock on wood) I will defiantly call Joel again.

Charge of Battery was Dismissed

I was attending a convention in Las Vegas, in which I was involved in an altercation with several casino security personnel. Long story short, I was arrested and released the next day. Missed my flight, was thrown out of my hotel, and if it couldn’t get any worst, I was trespassed which limited my ch...oices for another hotel. Flew back home to Florida and began the arduous search for an attorney to represent me. I called numerous attorneys in the Las Vegas area, only to be put off, trapped in voice mail, circled through the auto attendant, and when I did speak to someone that answered the phone, they were only able to take a message! The few attorneys that I was fortunate enough to speak with, did not listen to what had transpired and quickly quoted a price anywhere from $2K to $10K, up front! Frustrated beyond belief, I continued working down my list and finally reached Joel Mann’s office, and was shocked when Sandy picked up the phone. I explained briefly what transpired and I expected to be hurried off the phone, however Sandy asked for more details of my arrest. She actually listened and displayed compassion as we spoke. Long story short, Mr. Mann took on my case and reduced the charge from Battery, to disorderly conduct to the case being dismissed!!! I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I did I’d to call Joel Mann. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Joel and Sandy!!!!

I would only recommend Joel!

I researched at least 8 other lawyers before deciding to hire Joel for legal councel. He was very informative, answered all my questions in a honest manner without promising certain results. After following all of his recommendations I was able to obtain the best outcome possible for my case. For ...that I am extremely grateful! His excellent knowledge in the area of criminal defense definitely was apparent, and I would not recommend anyone else but Joel to my friends.

Responsive, dedicated and effective Las Vegas lawyer

Joel was always quick to respond to any of my questions, was very knowledgeable about how the court works and what could be expected, and in the end, reached a deal with the prosecutor that I was happy with. If you get into trouble in Vegas, I'd definitely reccomend you give Joel a call.

Out of State Case Success

Being from out of state I had to make a very important decision about whom I was going to retain to represent me in a Felony Criminal Defense Case. I did plently of research and interviewed potenial attorneys via the phone. There were plenty of unusual circumstances involved in my case and I needed... someone that had the experience, knowledge, understanding and devotion to my particular type of case. I made the decision to retain Mr. Mann based on these factors as well as the huge favorable impression made by his paralegal, Sandy. Not once did I feel out of touch, uninformed or lost especially with the physical distance involved (I live in Alaska and of course Mr. Mann's practice is in Nevada). Mr. Mann made it possible for me to remain in Alaska with my family and travel to Nevada only when required by the courts. Without his assistance I am certain I would have been required to return to Nevada to face an uncertain future. Mr. Mann was able to negociate my case very successfully. Mr. Mann and Sandy's support during the whole process was and is forever appreciated.
