Prior to joining Marshall Injury Law I solely represented victims (plaintiffs) of domestic violence in civil cases. Now, at Marshall Injury Law, I am  continuing to represent only victims and am dedicated to helping people who have been injured get just and fair compensation for their injuries.

I earned my law degree from the University of Dayton in Ohio, and am licensed to practice law in both Nevada and Utah.

Excellent Attorney Providing Great Advice
I have gone to Mark more than once for legal advice. Each time he has explained the law to me in an easy way to understand but he didn't leave it there he still took the extra time to research how it would apply to me specifically. But best of all after considering my situations he provided other options for me to try before hiring an attorney and they've worked. Mark gives great advice and I will go back to him again.

I Hired Mark Losee at Dunkley Law
I hired Mark Losee at Dunkley Law to help me with a dog bite injury suffered when a new neighbor's 2 pit bulls attacked me and my dog Casper. I have found them to be fair in their contracts, making sure they do not get a bigger part of the settlement than me. Mark has been very thorough digging up pertinent facts that make our case even stronger than before. My experience with Mark Losee at Dunkley Law has been a positive one, and I will definitely recommend them for anyone with a personal injury due to the neglect of another.
