In 2005, I graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. I was admitted to practice in Florida in April, 2005, and in Nevada in April, 2006.
From April, 2005 until September, 2005, I worked in Corporate Law in Sarasota, Florida. I then focused on real estate and some (minor) criminal work. In March, 2006 until June, 2007, I worked in Family Law in Tampa, Florida.
Since August, 2007, I have been practicing mostly family law, focusing on paternity, custody, divorce, abuse and neglect, domestic violence, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, guardianships, and adoption. I have also handled some criminal work and traffic tickets.
For the last three years I have worked with the Clark County School District Truancy Diversion Program and HSGI programs as a volunteer judge at both Cannon Middle School and Del Sol High School.
I have worked with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, volunteering my time with their Ask A Lawyer Program and taken Pro Bono Family Law Cases.
When I am not working I love traveling and spending time with my family.
