Outstanding

I talked with several lawyers before a friend suggested me to meet Christian. If anyone who is looking for a lawyer in Las Vegas or Henderson Nv Christian Gabroy is the lawyer to hire. He handles the case himself and is very well prepared , knowledgeable and Profesional. Always keeps you up dated on ...your case.

Very abrasive and disrespectful.

I met with Mr. Gabroy to review a whistleblower case in which I had to report sexual crimes committed against me by my male supervisor. Mr. Gabroy appears to have no knowledge of sexual crime survivors and the impact of trauma. He conducts himself as if he has watched too many television shows as a g...uide to questioning a woman on very sensitive matters. He assumed very wrongly that I was not telling the truth when I could not recall which hand my supervisor was using the first time he followed me around exposing himself. He was shocked when I had spotted memories of the initial shock - which is very common after high stress traumatic events. He has obviously never been in a disgusting, threatening and shocking circumstance. Hopefully he never will be. But chances are, since 1 in 3 females face sexual assault, a mother, wife, sister, daughter or friend will be and then the lesson will unveil. Gabroy deliberated on whether or not to take my case, in which several female victims had come forward, one a previous female employee and 2 teenage girls all reporting the same man. That wasn't enough evidence for him. Either that or his fraternal oaths take priority over justice. He had me drive from California where I had to flee for my safety, only to tell me "in person" that he wouldn't be taking my case. He said he preferred not to tell me on the phone. So he didn't mind me driving 8 hours to suit vanity and misogynistic false assumptions. I wish I had never wasted my time meeting with him. His instincts are off and he needs a course from the local Victim Advocate office.

I take every potential client and their matters very seriously when they come into my office. I truly enjoy the practice of law and helping ensure that my clients receive the justice they deserve. I am client oriented, attentive to their needs, and try to make myself available to answer all their questions competently and effectively. It is saddening and disheartening that a potential client, who came in on a free consult basis, would feel compelled to draft such a negative review. I stress potential client, because there were multiple reasons, based upon my discussions with this potential client that I would not offer my representation. First, I provide clients reasonable expectations and I can not and will not take a case that I feel is not meritorious or a case that I feel is frivolous. I have an excellent reputation and that reputation is maintained by representing my clients to my fullest ability based upon their wrongdoings against them.Second, I attempt to explain to my clients, as a courtesy to them, on an in-person basis the strengths and relative weaknesses regarding their situations. The law is a very complicated matter but I do my best to not only effectively advocate for my clients but also keep my clients informed, active in the process, and up to date in their matters. If a client has any concerns, I attempt to always address them and rectify any concerns they may have. I look forward to continuing to advocate, help, and aid individuals who have been harmed by wrongdoers. I believe that I take my clients cases and matters to heart and attempt to do everything in my powers to the fullest extent of the law to advocate for my clients.
