One of the Best Lawyers in Las Vegas. Brilliant Legal Strategies. Highly Optimistic.

I'm a lawyer and small business owner, and I got into a deal with a web site vendor that turned out to be a scam. When I terminated the vendor, the vendor started to do things to harm my business and essentially tried to extort more money from me through malicious conduct. I retained attorney Chris...tian Gabroy to intervene. Christian stepped in, discussed strategies for dealing with the vendor and legal angles that I was not even aware of (even though I'm an attorney), and Christian subsequently and swiftly crushed the vendor. The vendor was forced to give me everything I wanted, and my business has returned to normal and thrived. The vendor was literally scared of Christian, who is in addition to Nevada is also actively licensed in Illinois where some of the litigation occurred. Throughout the process, Christian was fair, honest and diligent in getting this matter resolved so that I could move on with my life. I also know from my prior relationship with him that Christian has saved other businesses on the brink of destruction, and he is always optimistic even in the face of strong opposition and dishonest people. Christian is a brilliant attorney, and I highly recommend him for any legal need you may have. He is a credit to the legal community in every sense of the word, and I highly endorse him as a friend and attorney.

Non-Compete Case

I hired Christian Gabroy to represent me in reference to a non-compete my employer was attempting to hold me to. I had a consultation with another attorney in town, who said I had no case and would have to wait out the time period stated in my non-compete. Not only did she say I didn’t have a case ...but that it was governed under Texas law and she was “not about to interpret Texas law "(I had inquired about this when making the appt and was told yes she could represent me). I immediately called Christian, as I had a consultation with him the next day, to ask if my contract was governed under Texas law could he represent me. His assistant went to inquire and Christian picked up the phone. Asked me for some information about my last consultation as well as my offer letter/contract and said if he looks at the contract and he can’t represent me he would refund my consultation fee. I met with Christian the next day, he was professional, knowledgeable and reviewed my contract cover to cover meticulously. He said not only was the non-compete unenforceable but the company committed breach of contract, luring and fraud and that it was not governed under Texas law. He presented me with five options I could potentially pursue and the possible outcomes of each. I felt so comfortable with his ability to guide me in the right direction as well as in his skill and knowledge of the law I hired him on the spot. I felt no stress throughout the entire process. After I hired Christian, I asked my neighbor who is a State Senator and an attorney who specializes in employment/labor law (on behalf of the employer) if he knew Christian, he responded by asking if I hired him and then said, “He is an excellent choice for you, I have gone against him in a case and he is tough to beat. “ Christian sent a strongly worded and extremely thorough demand letter to my employer and within 3 weeks start to finish I was released from my non-compete and free to start in my new position. I highly recommend Christian Gabroy, he is thorough, ethical, shrewd and an attorney you want on your side. I have already utilized him again by having him review the non-compete for my new employer.

Excellent and Knowledgeable For Employment law YOUR SEARCH IS OVER!!!!!

This was the first experience in issues regarding Employment law. Christian Gabroy is truly a knowledgeable attorney with an excellent grasp of current case law and litigation protocol. He has a particular expertise in employment and labor law. He was honest and trustworthy and most important Ethica...l. He always made you feel at ease about your case. Also, his staff was always friendly, understanding, and very professional.

I will never use anyone else!!!!!! Best in town!

I was shaken up from an issue I was dealing with at work. I came into the office stressed out (seeing how my wedding was just months away) he advised me of What I needed to At that point to take action because my case unfortunately was not large enough for any attorney to handle but he printed out w...here I needed to go to get my justice and when i left I felt more relief than I had felt since the incident occurred. I am truly happy with him and will never use any one else in the future.

Excellent experience with attorney

Mr. Gabroy represented my family in a car accident case. He was very thoughtful and concerned about the issues that arose as a result of the accident. Mr. Gabroy approached my family in a respectful and courteous manner. He appeared very knowledgeable and was informative about how the case would proc...eed.
