Wonderful experience!

Christian and his team offer the highest quality of service that anyone seeking legal advice/representation could have hoped for; I can tell that they really care, and that helps to put my mind at ease throughout the process. Christian and his team are highly effective, organized, compassionate, kind..., and thorough. Christian is highly responsive and you will get an answer right way any time you have one, and he continues to keep you updated, and never leaves you in the dark. This firm is top notch

Christian and his team are great professionals. From the consult through the settlement, they kept me updated and were always available for any questions. Christian was aggressive to get a fair settlement. I would definitely use him again and recommend him for any case involving non-compete agreeme...nts.

Awesome Consult

My husband and I met with Mr Messer for a consult, he was very professional, easy to speak to, listened and helped me understand exactly what I had told him on how to proceed moving forward. I have dealt with a few attorneys b4 and this was VERY different as I didnt feel he "beat around the bush" and... let me know exactly where I stand. Harrassment is very abusive and when your worrying about losing your job, you tend to put up with much more than would ever be acceptable and lose faith in yourself. Hearing that you DO have rights and your not crazy is genuinely a breath of fresh air. Thankyou.... moving foward.

An excellent lawyer and a really great person

Mr. Gabroy is smart and kind. I paid for 30 minutes of his time and it was well worth it. He listened to me, quickly grasped the situation, and explained what I should do in plain English. He said I should go to the EEOC and NLRB regarding my "wrongful termination". They are both government agencies ...that would charge me *nothing*. The NLRB was available to see me first. I received at $12,000 settlement! Back pay, forward pay, and interest. It took quite a while, but the NLRB lawyer did all the work. I brought in all my documentation. The NLRB lawyer and Mr. Gabroy said the same thing "You definitely have a case." Thank you Mr. Gabroy for pointing me in the right direction!

Genuine and Highly Recommend!

Having been terminated from my employer, I turned to Christian for legal counsel on what I felt to be a wrongful termination by my employer. At a time where I felt unheard and disregarded, Christian took the time to listen to me and believed in me. Christian was completely honest in telling me that... he didn't think I had a solid discrimination case (didn't just opt to take the case for the money), however; advised me to file for unemployment and call him should it get denied so that he could help me through an appeal...which is exactly what I did. Great advice, excellent counsel, genuine and honest; I would HIGHLY recommend him and his team. I can't thank you enough.
