I previously acquired Ken Yalkut for services on a very important case. I had faith in him, as my paid Attorney, that he would do his job to the best of his ability and in the best interest of his client. Ken Yalkut was a HUGE disappointment and was a mistake! His only interest is taking someone’...s money and not doing anything for it. He took my money, failed to properly represent me, his client. On Sunday April 10th 2016 I was involved in a motorcycle wreck caused by lack of highway maintenance. After getting out of the hospital I contacted a couple of other attorney's who declined my case, then it was Sam's turn. Not only did he listen, but I got the impression he actually cared, I liked hi...m from the start. I had never been involved in a lawsuit before and didn't know what to expect, but soon found out going against the State is different than a regular insurance company, a lot different.
