About me

As an experienced Attorney, I work with clients to draft Trusts and Wills, with the objective of preserving wealth, planning for a smooth transfer of assets, and the avoidance of probate. For those clients that need to engage in the probate process, I assit them in efficiently settling the estate and providing them with guidance through the closing of the estate. I assist clients with trust and estate administration. I also draft any needed deeds to transfer property and prepare documents needed to transfer business interests. In addition to cases involving estate administration, I work on suits that involve constitutional questions, property rights, and other civil matters.
