The best choice law firm!

I’ve had a great experience with Mr. Ben Davis and his whole staff. They professionally handled my lawsuit in a very comfortable pace. I believe I got the best results in the midst of everything that was going on with my recovery. Also they did a great job at resolving things while I resided in anoth...er state. The best of the best!

I live out of state and he still took my case! He even traveled to Texas to take depositions. I am so grateful to this man and his entire firm. Do not bother with other lawyers when you can have the best one in New Mexico.

Awsome experience

On my main case with the dwi, Ben Davis took my case, I didn't know what to expect in the process, he walked me through the whole thing even with the deposition, even with me being in pain, he genuinely cares about his clients, even just right after my first case got settled, I was in another accide...nt for work, first thing I did was email Ben and asked if he be interested in it, needless to say he first asked if I was ok which I was and secondly he did take my case, I am very grateful to Ben and his team that he had working on both my cases, he truly cares about his clients!!!

Ben Davis was amazing

After we were hit by a drunk driver in New Mexico, the insurance company began trying to take advantage of us. We knew we had to find a lawyer, but we didn’t know where to start. We are very glad we got a recommendation to call Ben Davis. Ben is an extremely good personal injury lawyer. We had a ...complicated case, and Ben was able to help us clearly understand our rights and the risks of litigation. When we decided to proceed, he proved to be a true advocate for our interests—forcing the insurance company to take their obligations to us seriously. He never pressured us to settle, but when it came time to mediate our case, Ben showed amazing skill as a negotiator, overcoming obstacle after obstacle with the kind of skill and instinct you only find in seasoned attorneys. Ben’s advocacy helped us close the chapter on an horrifying and traumatizing experience in our life so we could move forward. After the crash, the last thing we wanted was a lawsuit, but when it came, we could not have been more happy to have had Ben be the one to help us through it. We highly recommend his services. Ben Davis, Albuquerque NM

I was the driver in a car crash in Albuquerque in December of 2012. The other driver, who ran a red light and was 100% at fault, had minimal insurance and no assets. My wife was quite badly injured and spent 8 days in the hospital. We hired Ben Davis, an attorney in Albuquerque, to represent us in... paying our bills and recovering what we could from insurance (both ours and the other driver’s insurance). We clearly could not have handled this ourselves. Reasonable settlements with the insurance companies required quite a detailed knowledge of the law and insurance practices in three jurisdictions (New Mexico, where the crash happened; Washington DC, where we were living at the time; and California, where we now live). Beyond that, they required quite a lot of experience with what a reasonable settlement should look like and how to secure such a settlement. Because our own insurance company originally offered us a very low settlement, we even had to sue them. Ben Davis represented us in that suit and in the subsequent negotiations with our insurance company’s lawyer, and did obtain an appropriate settlement for us. Ben Davis handled all of this with consummate professionalism and expertise. He knew a lot about the law, and had a lot of previous experience with cases like ours. When he didn’t know a particular wrinkle, he researched it carefully. He was on top of the case from beginning to end, answering our inquiries promptly, keeping us informed, meeting required deadlines, dealing with medical care providers and the insurance companies, and in general, just taking the whole mess off our hands. My wife is a lawyer, a litigator actually, and she was very favorably impressed with his knowledge, his crafting of documents (including the lawsuit), and his negotiation skills. If you’re ever in a spot like we found ourselves in, Ben Davis is the one you should turn to. He has our highest recommendation.
