Awsome experience

On my main case with the dwi, Ben Davis took my case, I didn't know what to expect in the process, he walked me through the whole thing even with the deposition, even with me being in pain, he genuinely cares about his clients, even just right after my first case got settled, I was in another accide...nt for work, first thing I did was email Ben and asked if he be interested in it, needless to say he first asked if I was ok which I was and secondly he did take my case, I am very grateful to Ben and his team that he had working on both my cases, he truly cares about his clients!!!

Ben Davis was amazing

After we were hit by a drunk driver in New Mexico, the insurance company began trying to take advantage of us. We knew we had to find a lawyer, but we didn’t know where to start. We are very glad we got a recommendation to call Ben Davis. Ben is an extremely good personal injury lawyer. We had a ...complicated case, and Ben was able to help us clearly understand our rights and the risks of litigation. When we decided to proceed, he proved to be a true advocate for our interests—forcing the insurance company to take their obligations to us seriously. He never pressured us to settle, but when it came time to mediate our case, Ben showed amazing skill as a negotiator, overcoming obstacle after obstacle with the kind of skill and instinct you only find in seasoned attorneys. Ben’s advocacy helped us close the chapter on an horrifying and traumatizing experience in our life so we could move forward. After the crash, the last thing we wanted was a lawsuit, but when it came, we could not have been more happy to have had Ben be the one to help us through it. We highly recommend his services. We'd prefer to remain anonymous, but be assured these are our candid opinions, and we have no relationship with Ben or his law firm. We are just grateful for all his hard work.

Excellent, Hardworking, Compassionate Attorney. Highly Recommend

For the past two years, I have been privileged to have Ben Davis as co-council on my medical malpractice suit. He and his wonderful assistant, Jennifer Byers, worked many, many hours beyond the call of mere duty on my case. Unfortunately, we did not win the first round of the case, but are going fo...rward with an appeal, which means many more hours of hard work. When I didn't understand the law, Ben took the time to explain in everyday language what the legal terminology meant. He realizes that even though he has much experience and several cases going at a time, my case was the only case I had to stew about. He and Jennifer did a quite a bit of handholding as my case progressed, which I deeply appreciated. Additionally, as my trial date moved closer, Ben called in other attorney friends with more or different malpractice experience to look at and help with my case. In short, I feel like Ben and his firm and colleagues did everything they could to bring my case to trial. I highly recommend Ben and his wonderful staff. Lanie

Ben did a great job with my case. He was honest through every step, and kept my husband and I informed of new developments as they came up. He is clearly knowledgable, and if he wasn't sure about something he had several experienced resources to draw upon. I was injured badly after being struck ...by a truck while riding a bicycle and he understood how to work with us while I recovered. He was also able to refer me to a couple of good health practitioners when I didn't know any in a particular field. Ben pursued a settlement in my case when it was appropriate, and advised me if proceeding down a particular legal path was not likely to be fruitful. I think after working with him for a year and a half that I would be comfortable referring anyone to him.
