Thank you!!!!!

In February of 2010, I was arrested for DWI first offense, careless driving and driving on a suspended license in Albuquerque, NM. After my arrest, I felt as if I hit my all time low - - the fear, the confusion, the stress, the feeling of not knowing what was in store for my future, and my job, wa...s all taking a toll on me mentally and physically. I received letter after letter from one attorney after another, only adding to the confusion and stress. Finally, through the recommendation of a friend, I found my answer, Glenn Smith Valdez. When I arrived for my consultation, I was feeling pretty down for putting myself in this position. The warm welcome and professionalism throughout the entire staff immediately made me feel more comfortable and hopeful. During my intake with Mr. Valdez, he answered all my questions about what to expect, which instantly relieved much of my stress. He didn’t sugar-coat things, he told me it would be a tough fight, but he gave me hope. Mr. Valdez also gave me other avenues to explore to help me deal with the issues which were at the root of my alcohol consumption. In my opinion, this goes above and beyond being a great lawyer - - it is more on the side of being a compassionate and caring person, something you rarely expect or encounter in a lawyer. During the court process, I was a nervous wreck. Hearing all the negative things the District Attorney was saying about me, it was hard not to believe it myself. Was I this monster the courts were trying to portray? Did I need to be sent to jail to learn that what I did was a mistake? There where times I lost faith, giving up hope, believing what they were saying about me. I can honestly say, even when I had given up on myself, Mr. Valdez had not, he was the one person in the courtroom who had not given up on me, he was the only one who believed in me, he stood in the middle of the court room fighting a fight for me, when I had actually already given up the fight for myself. The facts of my case didn’t give Mr. Valdez much room to work with, but to my surprise, the results were in our favor, a complete dismissal! I no longer had to stress about a conviction affecting my job or my future. I am not writing just a review, I am also writing a THANK YOU. I give him the highest marks for his efforts, his love for his work, his dedication to his job, for going above and beyond, and not giving up when things got complicated, in fact, the tougher it got, the harder he fought. To someone who needs a lawyer, you can’t do better. To Mr. Valdez, thank you for believing in me even when I lost belief in myself, for standing up for me when I couldn’t do it alone. Amazing Attorney!

Mr. Valdez represented me for a DUI I got back in October 2013, which was my 3rd offense. I know if I would have been convicted my life would have changed drastically even more so than it did when I got the DUI. The case got dismissed because Mr. Valdez went above and beyond to find anything and ev...erything he possibly could to make this happen. He did everything right in this case. If it weren't for him, I don't know what would have happened with my case. He is a brilliant and an extremely impressive attorney. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Great Representation

Mr. Valdez represented me on a DWI - 2nd offense. I was facing some very serious charges. Mr. Valdez took the time to really analyze my case. He was always available to answer questions. He worked hard and developed a thorough defense to the charges I was facing. He was honest and knowledgeable ...about the law. His strategy resulted in a "NOT GUILTY" verdict at a jury trial. His court room demeanor was so impressive that other defense attorneys came to observe him during the trial. I also had a positive outcome from the administrative hearing with the Motor Vehicle Division. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. VALDEZ!!!

Excellent Lawyer

I would highly recommend Glenn Smith Valdez. I was charged with a 2nd DUI and going the wrong way on a one way street. I was terrified on what my outcome would be. I had interviewed five different lawyers in the Albuquerque area. Still, not too positive on making a decision. I went to the office of ...Glenn Smith Valdez, recommended by my friend. Right when I walked through the door Mr. Valdez made me feel comfortable and showed he genuinely cared. Mr. Valdez and his office kept me up to date and was always present for my hearings. I chose a jury trial for my final court hearing. Glenn Valdez was very intelligent, confident, quick with answers and questions. He won the attention of the jurors on that panel. He won my case. My verdict read not guilty on a 2nd DUI charge and my ticket for going the wrong way was deferred. I am so grateful that I chose Glenn Smith Valdez as my lawyer. He gave me my life back. I will always be appreciative and thankful to his staff and especially to him.
